The place is beautifully located in woods and is spotless as it looks in pictures. We were spending most of time in deck. Tammi was very coordinating through communication and was very supportive during our stay. We had a great time in Bristol.

Great little getaway in the woods! Tammi was very responsive and kind! Every inch of the place was spotless. Very good use of space with the bathroom having both a tub and shower. The 60s decor is very well done. I have one thing that would make a huge difference, the comfortableness of the couch. It’s perfect for the decor but not comfortable. I would also suggest a grill on the nice wrap around porch. There’s places on the porch where you can be in the sun and shade, very nice and relaxing. WiFi was great!

We loved the atmosphere of this home. It is beautiful inside and out. The only thing we noticed was that the bed is a bit smaller than we expected. The host was super responsive and pleasant.

The tree house is a tranquil cosy gem hidden amongst the trees. Whilst a short drive to downtown Bristol, it feels like you’re staying in the middle of the woods, perfect for a peaceful retreat.
The space is beautifully decorated with MCM vibes, and thoughtful helpful touches everywhere, from guest instructions through to amenities and snacks. The space was pristine and really felt like a home away from home. The outdoor balcony is a lovely space to just sit outside and listen to the birds and wildlife in peaceful surrounds.
I’d love to stay again when visiting Bristol, would highly recommend for a couple or single person visiting the area.

Beautiful home! It was so easy to find, felt private and in a safe neighborhood. The home was amazing, well stocked and very clean. Bed was amazingly comfortable, as was the bathtub after a long day. Just a short drive away to downtown Bristol. Tammy was an amazing host and would gladly stay here again whenever I am in Bristol!

Wonderful Stay in a Comfortable and Clean Space!
My wife and I had a fantastic stay at the Tiny Tree house place! The space was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and very well maintained. The bed was comfortable, and all the amenities provided made the stay even more convenient. The location was perfect, with easy access to the Bristol hard rock casino and other activities.
Tammy was incredibly responsive and helpful, offering great recommendations and ensuring everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. I really appreciated the little touches, like getting my wife a birthday card.
We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area

We felt like we were staying in a treehouse. As we pulled up to the stairs we saw two deer across the street. It was such a peaceful neighborhood. The house was fully stocked with anything that you needed and things you might have forgotten you needed! The record player was a nice touch and made the stay fun and relaxing. If you have time to sit out on the deck in the morning it is well worth it to watch the wildlife! Great stay and great host!

This place was absolutely perfect for a getaway for two. While it is small, it has a very cozy vibe that helps you connect with whoever you're staying with. It has everything you pretty much need for a brief stay, and is in a perfect location to get to the casino and downtown. We had the record player on almost the whole time which was super fun, especially since there are plenty of stores nearby that offer lots of newer and old records. I would definitely come back to stay again, especially since we loved the area so much, and had a great time shopping around the downtown area, going to the casino and museum, and playing pool with lots of great food around!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay here! The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable visit. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful, making check-in and check-out a breeze. The location was perfect—close to popular attractions and restaurants. I also appreciated the thoughtful touches, like complimentary snacks and toiletries. Truly the best Airbnb I have stayed at! It was quiet, peaceful and perfectly done! Tammi was very responsive, helping us with the battery issue in the smoke alarm even at 1:30am, going above and beyond to help and give us a solution. After I had forgotten something, she scoured the house to help find it. She was kind, gracious and you cannot beat the location, unique-ness and gorgeous tree house for the price in the area. We will definitely be back and be shouting from the rooftops for everyone we know visiting to stay there. 1000/10!

Street parking only. There is no driveway due to the steepness. Park behind the stairs on the paved road so you can have the shoulder for passenger exit. Most of the shoulder on the road have a steep drop off. Please park as close to the curb as possible so cars can drive by.
