Located on a very quiet dead end street you will find this lovely treehouse!
There are 38 steps with 2 landings you will walk down that is lit to guide you down to the treehouse.
This cozy space has a kitchenette equipped with a 2 burner stovetop and a microwave, as well as a 2 person dining table.
A large sink with a dishwasher for your convenience as well as a retro fridge with freezer.
A full bathroom with a soaking garden tub and a small walk in shower.
The bedroom has a queen bed and a utility room with a washer/dryer.
The front deck has 2 chairs and a viewing area to see the multiple deer 🦌that love to come through this area.
*Please do not go off the deck, the land is very steep and can be wet from the natural spring on the grounds. Due to the steep/wet terrain this property is not suitable for dogs.
*** The treehouse was made for 2 adults to stay comfortable.
We are 2 miles to the New Hard Rock Casino and Historic Downtown Bristol TN/VA.

This place was absolutely perfect for a getaway for two. While it is small, it has a very cozy vibe that helps you connect with whoever you're staying with. It has everything you pretty much need for a brief stay, and is in a perfect location to get to the casino and downtown. We had the record player on almost the whole time which was super fun, especially since there are plenty of stores nearby that offer lots of newer and old records. I would definitely come back to stay again, especially since we loved the area so much, and had a great time shopping around the downtown area, going to the casino and museum, and playing pool with lots of great food around!

Perfect Stay! Highly Recommend!
We had an absolutely wonderful stay here! The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable visit. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful, making check-in and check-out a breeze. The location was perfect—close to popular attractions and restaurants. I also appreciated the thoughtful touches, like complimentary snacks and toiletries. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable experience!

Street parking only. There is no driveway due to the steepness. Park behind the stairs on the paved road so you can have the shoulder for passenger exit. Most of the shoulder on the road have a steep drop off. Please park as close to the curb as possible so cars can drive by.
